Luxurious and comfortable hotel with excellent service. the Spa and wellness center provided exclusive amenities including a sauna, indoor swimming pool, and healing massages, all of which were thoroughly enjoyed. the restaurant served delicious cuisine, and the in-room breakfast was a treat.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel valued and special. From the moment I arrived, the general manager introduced himself and ensured that everything was perfect for me. The hotel gets a 10/10 in all aspects, with exceptional customer service and attention to detail. The concierge team even made a doctor's appointment and collected medicine for my daughter who wasn't feeling well. The food and beverage staff were also exceptional, making our NYE dinner and live music experience unforgettable. The hotel also had the best view, with uninterrupted views of Mt. Fuji from the lounge and guest rooms. I can't wait to come back and stay here again.
